We are looking for an experienced, talented, and proactive creative operations lead, to work alongside a multidisciplinary killer team.

In this role, the Creative Operations Lead will organize and manage the flow of work between various departments, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- This is a crucial position for Latam, that will also work with the global team and global resources managers, to optimize the flow of every creative project and the creative spirit of the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all Latin America creative operations within the agency, including project management, workflow, and resource allocation, working alongside Latam CCO and Latam ECD.
- Collaborate with local account teams to develop project briefs and define project objectives.
- Manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that all work is consistent with client goals and brand standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative department and other areas, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns and questions as needed.
- Maintain project budgets and manage expenses to ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
- Partner with external vendors and freelancers to ensure that all deliverables meet agency standards.
- Identify training and development needs for the creative team and provide coaching and guidance to support their growth and development.
- Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging new ideas and approaches that can help to elevate the agency's reputation and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative operations or project management role within an agency setting.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Strong understanding of creative workflow and the ability to manage a large number of projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including creative teams, account teams, vendors, and clients.
- Experience with project budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience managing a team of creative professionals.
