Pasantía Customer Service (Buenos Aires)

Haleon se encuentra en la búsqueda de estudiantes interesados en participar en una empresa multinacional y multicultural, realizando un periodo de pasantía en nuestro departamento de Customer Service. Dentro de los objetivos está el brindar apoyo a las actividades relacionadas al departamento, en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Fernando, zona norte de Buenos Aires.

Responsabilidades Principales:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de participar en actividades clave para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:
- Brindar soporte de facturación al área de Ventas.- Generar retiros devoluciones para carga de créditos.- Brindar atención a Gerentes y vendedores por reclamos del sector.- Solicitar turnos de entrega a grandes clientes.- Realizar el seguimiento y resolución de reclamos de entrega con el Operador Logístico.- Generar OP del sector.- Analizar y generar estadísticas.
- ¿Por qué TÚ?_
- Tus calificaciones:_- Estudiante intermedio de Administración, Contador, Ingeniería etc.- Conocimiento herramientas Microsoft Office intermedio (principalmente Excel).- Nível de inglés intermedio (hablado y escrito).- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno mañana (9hs a 13hs) de lunes a viernes. De las cuales lunes y miércoles son en formato presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Fernando, Buenos Aires. Por otro lado, martes, jueves y viernes será formato homeoffice.- Se valorarán estudiantes proactivos, organizados y con enfoque al aprendizaje continuo.
