Trading Middle Office (TMO) is a robust and dynamic team that provides extensive operational support for both Full Service Wealth Management and Self-Directed brokerage client accounts. The team is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate completion of trade corrections in equity, mutual fund, & fixed income asset classes across a broad suite of turnkey asset management products. The TMO Analyst will work closely with Central Supervision, Managed Account Operations, third party portfolio managers, and other back office partners, to complete managed account trade corrections accurately and in line with the overall investment strategy. The role of Trade Support Analyst requires a willingness to take on a challenging and complex array of processes, as well as an ability to learn quickly in a high volume, constantly changing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational support for trade corrections in Managed, Brokerage, Self-Directed Accounts, and all associated asset classes: Equity, Mutual Fund, and Fixed Income.
- Provide analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes, identifying risks and defining possible solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation in our processes, which will facilitate the efficient and accurate completion of daily business operations.
- Ensure written processes and procedures are followed in order to achieve desired business results.
- Coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Senior Management on trade corrections, business requirements, procedures and processes
- Process review and optimization

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Strong understanding of capital markets, trading, and investment management
- Must be aprocess driven self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities effectively, work independently, and with team members in Argentina and the United States
- Intermediate or higher Excel skills; Alteryx and Tableau experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Must be a highly motivated, organized, and task-driven self-starter, with a strong commitment to accuracy and detail
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
