**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our Buenos Aires team. If you are a Social Media savvy with a data focused mind and would like to work for a Global client whose main communication channel is social media, then we are looking for you

We are a 25 people team of creatives, art directors, motion graphic designers, strategists and producers working to develop global social media campaigns for a global client. We are experts for the brand, advocates for the product and we strive to understand the customer's relationship with the brand. If you'd like to join the team, you will be helping us plan, ideate and map campaigns across all social media channels while creating strong presentations for markets to understand how to deploy these campaigns on their own.

Client: Tobacco Company

**What you'll do**:

- **Strategy** | Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and plans.
- **Trendy** | Analyze social trends and develop strategy plans to reach out our client's customers.
- **Hands-on** | Build an online community on social media.
- **Identify** | Create solid content strategies and ensure the company's networks are richly nourished with content as per audience demands and social trends.
- **Collaborative** | Work closely with the content creators to come up with ideas.
- **Communication** | Create presentations for the client.
- **Branding** | Work with different product campaigns at the same time showing a deep understanding of the consumer's relationship with the brand.

**Who you are**:

- **Language** | You can speak and write in perfect English
- **Novelty** | You are among the first to implement or try out new tools even when their success rate is not proven.
- **Trendy** | You have a deep understanding of customer's behaviour in social media.
- **Know-how** | You are analytical and understand how to generate engagement organically on social media platforms.
- **Builder** | You feel comfortable in a very fast paced environment.
- **Team player** | You are an excellent team player and keep an open mind.
- **Ego-less** | You can handle criticism and accept ideas from other team members.

**What you'll need**:

- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient level of English: oral and writing skills
