You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing space, range and distribution to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments and track and measure performance of space against forecast plans.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Deliver our Mondelēz International Perfect Store agenda identifying relevant growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implement/develop actionable measures
- Design Picture of Success for our key customers in regard of shelf, secondary placement and promotion efficiency
- Lead Category Management projects with key customers
- Equip Sales Teams with relevant materials and tools and train/steer them to efficiently execute perfect store related topics. Support development of annual trade negotiations.
- Develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business of Mondelēz International in light of perfect store related topics
- Close collaboration with multiple functions internally and external stakeholders

**More about this role**

**What you need to know about this position**:
Perfect Store Analytics Coordinator will be in charge of converting execution tracking data (Perfect Store KPIs) into relevant information to generate insights and action plans by channel/Retail Environment/Category, sizes them and follow up the evolution. Also, will be responsible for Product aspect from Picture of Success (Must Stock List, Suggested Portfolio) and support the team in quantitative analysis and budget administration.

You will:

- Analyze Perfect Store KPIs and eventually design new dashboards.
- Develop and follow up Execution Plans: Including opportunities sizing based on sales up-lifts and targets definition. It will require interaction with different areas, such us: Sales, Trade Marketing, Insights, Sales Operations, Finance and Global Perfect Store teams.
- Define suggested product portfolio by retail environment (e.g. Must Stock List) and support complete portfolio review.
- Administrate A&C Budget
- Support Execution Strategy Team in quantitative analysis: E.g. Return of investment, POP Logistic, others.
- Participate in new tracking tools development and lead Ad-Hoc surveys.

**Education / Certifications**:
