**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
The Transformational Change lead is a dynamic and highly visible role responsible for driving and facilitating business transformation across Tigo, in alignment with company and organizational effectiveness purpose and vision. This position is responsible for enabling sustainable change and success in key transformation initiatives, fostering business relationships and leveraging influence to shift mindsets and behaviors associated with a particular transformation, while managing resistance from stakeholders and developing ambassadors across the organization to drive an active coalition for change.

Deliverables:

- Definition and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy for our core business transformation projects in digitalization processes.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
Qualifications and Experience:

- At least 5 years’ experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tolos
- Change Management principles and methodologies (Change impact identification and action plans, role mapping, learning strategies and execution experience)
- Successful track record of managing change in an organization both through projects and operational environments
- Experience in delivering results of Change Management activities at the adoption metrics level
- Experience in designing and executing communication strategies
- Nice to have: Knowledge in simple communication development tools (video apps,i.e.)
- Strong knowledge in human psychology or human behavior is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Organizational Development/Effectiveness or similar). Master’s degree preferred.
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish
- Organized, detailed self-starter who is resourceful and able to effectively prioritize competing assignments
- Superior people management and project management skills, but also a ‘hands-on’ attitude to work
- Proven experience influencing all levels of staff
- Highly skilled in facilitating meetings and creating and delivering presentations to avariety of in-person and remote audiences.
