This role is with the Digital Document Services group, to support a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and provide training to impacted team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Training Plans
  • Ensure final approved changes have been communicated and impacted members have been trained
  • Champions and adheres to the DDS Change Readiness process
  • Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed
  • Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures
  • Work under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changes
  • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with Stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, and any other relevant party
  • Formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls
  • Work both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements, presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of two to three years of experience in the Industry working with Change Management. (Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience giving trainings, explaining new processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines, while managing shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Self-motivated, results orientated & analytical ability who is able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working with end users to improve user experience
  • BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
