**About the team**

SAP Digital is one of the leading and most innovative teams in the company, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized fashion. The purpose of the organization is to support the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products. Most importantly, helping more customers run better ultimately translates into a safer, cleaner, more connected, better enabled, and more equal world.

The Digital Sales Development team guides and influences customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on prospecting into the SAP install base and net new name accounts, while nurturing leads into qualified opportunities within their assigned space. This team drives digital and high-quality engagement with potential customers delivering superior customer experience.

**What you’ll do**

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - HCM Sales Development

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Expected start date to end date: November 2024

**In this role,**

You will work with a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP’s footprint across all industries, working with SAP&Partners resources, as well as Customers.

As an Intern you will help our team engage prospects at the right time, with the right decision-maker, and the right content to turn them into SAP customers. You will support our Sales Development Executives in building a strong customer pipeline, contributing to SAP’s revenue growth through the following responsibilities:

- Executing specialized initiatives related to existing pipeline, such as recycling/reviving discontinued / disqualified leads or nurturing aged pipeline.
- Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
- Documenting all campaign execution and leading management activities as initially agreed in the DG Plan
- Aligning with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
- Reviewing lead pipeline and progression
- Recommending best practices as they are identified

**Who you are**:
You are interested in starting a career in IT sales and are attracted to customer-facing roles. You take initiative, persevere, stay curious, enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Current student of Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data / Process Management, IT / Digital Transformation.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work.
- Creative and with digital mindset to generate impact through the use of digital modalities
- Driven, proactive, and collaborative with a problem-solving mindset.
- An active listener who understands assignments and delivers results.
- Fluency in English required
