Your Roles And Responsabilities- Provide sustainable Production process within required Quality and standard time
- Implement Work Standards at Production processes
- Establish Continuous improvement at Production in line with MPS
- Safety & Ergonomy at Production area
- Quality products
- SMED
- 5S
- Your Skills And Strenghts- 10+ years Automotive and/or Quality and/or Management experience
- Experience deploying Standard Work
- Functional Expertise to implement MPS
- Electronics & Mechatronics Product know how
- Experience in team management
- Deep understanding of PDP package
- Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001
- Communication skills for internal and external interfaces
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work efficiently within a matrix management organization
- Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned tasks forward
- Persistance and perseverance
