¿Qué harás en este rol?

Como **Cold Calling Setter**, **80% de tu trabajo será realizar llamadas en frío** para identificar y captar clientes potenciales. Tu misión principal será conseguir **reuniones clave** para demos o asesorías con nuestro equipo de expertos, asegurando que los **Account Executives** puedan encargarse del cierre. Tu capacidad para llenar sus agendas con oportunidades será clave para el éxito del equipo

Tus responsabilidades serán:

- Realizar **llamadas en frío** para generar interés y concretar **meetings** con clientes potenciales.
- Investigar y prospectar empresas y contactos a través de LinkedIn y otras herramientas digitales.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas centradas en la **prospección de leads**.
- Gestionar toda la información de clientes en nuestro **CRM**, asegurando un seguimiento preciso y eficaz.
- Trabajar bajo un sistema de **KPI’s y objetivos medibles**, orientado a maximizar tu rendimiento y éxito en la captación de leads.

Lo que buscamos:

- Residencia en **LATAM (preferentemente en Argentina)**.
- Experiência previa en ventas, específicamente en **llamadas en frío (cold calling)**.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de **telefonía IP** y **CRM**.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, orientado a objetivos y bajo presión.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de negociación sobresalientes.
- Un **nível de inglés fluido** es muy valorado, ya que te permitirá abrir puertas a nuevas oportunidades.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?
- **100% teletrabajo** en un horario de mañana adaptado al horario español.
- Jornada parcial de 20 horas semanales, con posibilidad de aumentar a **full time** según resultados.
