As a **Revenue Intelligence Analyst** in the Business Operations team, your goal will be to **take our Revenue Organization to the next level** by moving processes forward and producing critical performance insights along the way. You will work on strategic issues like pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting, data visualization, and sales processes.

**Jampp is a remote-first company. For this position, it means that you can work remotely from any part of Argentina**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- **Produce and Maintain regular forecasting** with a relentless commitment to improving its accuracy over time
- **Generate critical insights from data analysis**, with recommendations on strategies that can be implemented to drive efficiency across the revenue organization
- **Partner with leadership across the revenue organization** to produce reports and dashboards in LookerStudio that will generate meaningful insights for regional strategies
- **Serve as the ultimate owner of the Revenue DataBases**:

- Maintain and improve existing DBs
- Create new DBs to support teams/individuals at all levels
- Integrate new data sources and create new ones as needed
- **Define and track regional Key Performance Indicators** (KPIs) to measure success, for all the revenue teams (Sales, CSM, Growth)**.**:

- **Assemble and analyze high-quality reporting** using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong and others
- **Manage sales tools** (e.g. Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Apptopia, etc.)
- **Assist in setting targets** at a global, regional, and individual level for the revenue organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics with a strong record of academic achievement
- 2+ years of experience working in an analytical role (in planning and forecast is a plus)
- Experience working in a startup is a plus
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, ownership, reliability, results-orientation
- Superior attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is a **must** (both written and speaking).
- Data visualization experience in Looker Studio is a plus

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience using HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Advanced skills working with SQL and relational databases
- Experience working in a commercial/client-facing role
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency
