We are on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to be a part of our vibrant team. In this position at our company, your primary role will be to spearhead the advancement of our product offerings. Your proficiency in devising product strategies, spearheading development, and overseeing the entire product life cycle will play a crucial role in devising innovative solutions that address our customers' needs and bolster the company’s expansion. **Job Functions**

Under the direct supervision of the Product Leadership, you will:

- Implement the product vision and strategy into actionable deliverables, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement.
- Facilitate collaboration with both internal and external parties to conduct brainstorming and workshop sessions.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements to represent them effectively.
- Oversee the development and execution of managed products.
- Handle the full spectrum of product management, from market analysis to design, specification development, implementation, and enhancement.
- Establish, track, and refine performance metrics for the products under your jurisdiction.
- Proactively seek out avenues to augment the product offerings and customer experience of our firm.
- Work in tandem with technical partners to ensure the delivery of valuable, high-quality products, including participating in agile methodologies and product development cycles.
- Assist in establishing and cultivating a Product Management team, providing mentorship and direction.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management or Marketing.
- Demonstrated capability in expanding product lines through agile methodologies and prioritization.
- Extensive experience managing product lifecycle stages.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, balancing rapid decision-making with high-quality outcomes.
- A strong passion for developing customer-centric products.
- Solution-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to develop and implement metrics-driven product strategies.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills, capable of influencing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Data-driven decision-making approach.
- A leader and mentor with a commitment to knowledge sharing and team development.
