**e-Learning Specialist (M/F)**

**YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF**:
We're looking for a new colleague (M/F) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of e-Learning Specialist serves as the
**digital learning expert **and they are responsible for the following:

- Developing **new approaches to learning**, creating **digital content**, **interactive virtual learning experiences**, and **micro-learning experiences** to enhance face-to-face and virtual learning workshops.
- Responsible for **design**, **development **and **maintenance **of **eLearning content** and **CRM actions** for the e-learning Platform.
- ** Delivering **and **facilitating** **webinars**, **virtual training workshops**.
- ** Creating**, **improving **and **managing virtual content **to enhance our E-learning platforms.
- Elaborating **education plans** on LDB e-learning platforms.
- Providing specialized **educational support**; programming to **prepare** **courses **and **materials** for e-learning platform.
- Overseeing the **operation **and **development **of **online e-learning programs** or **computer-based virtual course**.
- ** Developing** effective **learning strategies **that promote academic improvement of the pharmacists.
- ** Creating a CRM activation plan** to grow the user database: bring new users and retain current ones.

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Has at least **3 years** of similar **experience**:

- Holds a **Bachelor’s **or a **Master’s Degree**:

- Excellent **computer skills** (Microsoft office, Outlook)
- Fluent in **English** language
- Excellent **digital **and **marketing skills**:

- Excellent **communication **and** presentation skills**:

- ** Keeps up-to-date with** new information about the **LDB brands**:

- Is able to **build supportive **and **trusting** **relationships**:

- Works with **responsibility **and **autonomy**:

- Enjoys working in **dynamic **and **challenging **environment
