YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF:

We're looking for a new colleague (M/F) who will be the part of our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work for the whole L'Oréal Adria Balkan region.

Position of e-Learning Specialist serves as the

digital learning expert and they are responsible for the following:

  • Developing
    new approaches to learning, creating
    digital content,
    interactive virtual learning experiences, and
    micro-learning experiences to enhance face-to-face and virtual learning workshops.
  • Responsible for
    design,
    development and
    maintenance of
    eLearning content and
    CRM actions for the elearning Platform.

Delivering and
facilitating
webinars,
virtual training workshops.
-
Creating,
improving and
managing virtual content to enhance our E-learning platforms.

  • Elaborating
    education plans on LDB elearning platforms.
  • Providing specialized
    educational support; programming to
    prepare
    courses and
    materials for elearning platform.
  • Overseeing the
    operation and
    development of
    online elearning programs or
    computerbased virtual course.

Developing effective
learning strategies that promote academic improvement of the pharmacists.

Creating a CRM activation plan to grow the user database: bring new users and retain current ones.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Has at least
    3 years of similar
    experience:
  • Holds a
    Bachelor's or a
    Master's Degree:
  • Excellent
    computer skills (Microsoft office, Outlook)
  • Fluent in
    English language
  • Excellent
    digital and
    marketing skills:
  • Excellent
    communication and
    presentation skills:
