Nos encontramos en la búsqueda un/a HR Associate para brindar apoyo y asistencia en distintas funciones relacionadas con la gestión de personas. Trabajando bajo la supervisión del HR Manager, el HR Associate colabora en la implementación de políticas y procedimientos, manejo de nómina, reclutamiento y selección, y diversas tareas administrativas. La persona ideal para este puesto debe ser organizada, tener habilidades de comunicación sólidas y demostrar un alto nível de confidencialidad y profesionalismo.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado (se valorarán títulos adicionales en RR.HH.) Conocimiento sólido de las leyes laborales y regulaciones aplicables. Conocimientos de software de recursos humanos y sistemas de gestión de nómina serán valorados. Manejo fluido del idioma inglés. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y actuar con profesionalismo. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
