**Whay you'll do**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders; squad leads, developers, and admins to define technical and functional specifications for new systems or enhancements.
- Develop user stories and process flows to visualize solutions, including developing acceptance criteria and required testing.
- When not exercising your business analyst duties, you will roll up your sleeves and work hands-on in a Salesforce system administrator.
- Engage stakeholders and end-users to clarify needs, issues, and desired outcomes. Document insights in concise reports, preparing business use cases, scope, and functional requirements.
- Explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have mínimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations
- Leverage your Salesforce knowledge to help leadership teams understand the "art of the possible". Think of items in terms of desired process inputs and desired outcomes, leveraging SFDC along the way.
**Requirements**:
- At least two (2) years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience where you translated business requirements into technical requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, assignment & validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings.Excellent communication skills & ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
- High-Level understanding of Apex and Visualforce
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, Integration API's, Heroku
