As a Security Monitoring Professional within WM Investment Product Operations, you will be responsible for a variety of functions and mainly focused on a key area of support to the business: Ineligible Asset Screening. Ineligible Asset Screening process specifically supports the JP Morgan Advisory business. The team prescreens accounts before inception into advisory programs and provides ongoing transactional review of trading and transfers. The team’s responsibility is to ensure account’s holdings stay in compliance within the program rules that govern them and follow through on removal as needed. This function entail working closely with the Front Office, Core Operations, Technology, Supervisory, Risk, Compliance, and other areas of the firm. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper controls are in place across all functions and ensuring that all new or potential risks are identified and documented within the Company’s risk and control framework. In addition, you will be expected to drive strategic efficiency initiatives in daily operations and help define the operational model for new business initiatives and strategic business/regulatory agendas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily team activities to ensure they are carried out in an efficient, controlled, and timely manner.
- Escalate production-related issues, ensuring continuity of service while simultaneously managing effective resolution with key stakeholders.
- Deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients/stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the business, technology, control partners and operations.
- Identify ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance quality and/or productivity.
- Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives to evolve our business architecture.
- Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients, and customers.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:

- Advance written and oral English skills
- Client/Costumer focus
- Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Relevant experience working in Operations is essential.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Experience of driving change to improve team processes to delivery efficiency and/or reduce risk.
- Ability to operate in a flexible and dynamic environment.
- Able to quickly adapt to different scenarios as per the internal client requirements, industry changes and procedures
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, facilitate the understanding of the problem and possible solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficient knowledge of MS Excel desirable.
