Compliance Sr Advisor I

Enterprise Risk & Compliance:
Estamos buscando al Director de Compliance para Argentina y Uruguay.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar el Programa de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero y Financiamiento al Terrorismo para Argentina y Uruguay de acuerdo a las legislaciones vigentes. Reportes periódicos al regulador.
- Gerenciar el Programa de Privacidad de Datos para Argentina y Uruguay con conocimiento en las legislaciones y tratados internacionales.
- Dirigir el Programa de Risk Management basado en un enfoque de riesgo integral abarcando riesgos operacionales, riesgos reputacionales, riesgos tecnológicos, riesgos contables, riesgos de terceras partes.
- Evaluar riesgos inherentes y residuales de toda la compañía.
- Due Diligence a grandes clientes con análisis integral de riesgos.
- Diseñar políticas y procesos internos.
- Analizar regulaciones para Argentina y Uruguay.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 7 años de experiência en la dirección de equipos de investigaciones de delitos financieros, PLAyFT y Risk Management preferiblemente en una gran institución financiera, Fintech o agente regulador.
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Comprensión de la gestión proactiva de riesgos de delitos financieros para mejorar los productos/servicios y reducir el riesgo
- Enterprise Risk Management. Experiência como responsable del programa de riesgos de la Compañía, lo que incluye identificación, implementación de mejoras y seguimiento permanente.
- Buen conocimiento de los indicadores de riesgo en relación con diversas tipologías de blanqueo de capitales y financiación del terrorismo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en múltiples casos, trabajar de forma independiente y cumplir con plazos estrictos.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de pensamiento crítico y de toma de decisiones.
