**Location**:Remote
**Timings**: 10 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST
**Working Day**: Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: $400 plus commissions

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand and address customer needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Effectively present and negotiate terms to potential clients.
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and collaborate with the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven success as a Sales Closer in Real Estate Industry.**:

- **Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is required for this position.**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust.
- Team collaboration and tech-savvy.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Pay: $353,005.00 per month
