Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in/with creative agencies, creating digital ideas
- Experience in creating advertising strategies, idea generation, multiple approaches (e.g., video and digital), and creation of visual concepts
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with and presenting to executive and C-level clients
- Experience in video editing and tools
- Ability to learn on your own with a positive attitude
- Ability to present ideas and put together compelling decks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects
- Interest in new platforms and tools and incorporating them within the creative process

Creative Works is a creative think-tank for brands and agencies with teams comprised of creative business partners, creatives, producers, strategists, technologists, and operations managers. In collaboration with our Sales teams, we create bespoke brand marketing campaigns for advertisers and empower brands who want to make the most of Google's tools, platforms, and display media technology.

Our Sales teams can help brands by driving online audiences to brand destinations and experiences. As a member of the team, you’ll play many key roles, evaluating project opportunities, engaging creative, strategy, technical, and production resources, liaising with Sales and client/agency teams, ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-brief, pitching work to executive-level clients, and delivering thought leadership presentations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with local internal and regional Sales teams to help companies push the boundaries of our technologies for building measurable brand sentiment.
- Collaborate with external creative and media agency partners to develop consumer engagements on our platforms. Foster innovation through experimentation in digital communication technologies.
- Help agencies with Google's solutions, through collaboration and education.
- Expose Sales and agency teams to the latest advertising digital executions. Remove the gap between traditional and digital executions within larger campaigns.
- Be a key partner to Sales teams for helping them achieve business goals.
