Trabajarás en el Centro de Servicios de Mondelēz International y ayudarás a ofrecer una experiência de servicio impecable, con un enfoque centrado en el cliente y una atención meticulosa a los detalles en las tareas administrativas y acompañando a los colaboradores hacia la cultura de Self Service y digitalización. Como parte de esta posición, garantizarás que los procesos se cumplen y se registran.

**Cómo contribuirás**

Serás responsable de la gestión diaria y el soporte operativo para los procesos de tu área de responsabilidad, entregando las tareas dentro de los plazos acordados, y garantizando que se mantenga la calidad del servicio. Garantizarás que todas las actividades cumplen con los estándares operativos y los requisitos legales, incluyendo los requerimientos de protección de datos, y trabajarás con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar que los procesos son eficientes y precisos de principio a fin, incluida la entrada de los datos y su mantenimiento. Te encargarás de las solicitudes/problemas de acceso e identificarás oportunidades de mejora continua y actuarás sobre las mismas.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Como People Experience Advisor, trabajarás con el propósito de mejorar la experiência del empleado desde el día en que ingresa a la compañia hasta el dia que finaliza su vínculo laboral. Harás los entornos de trabajo más productivos y confortables para los colegas de Planta Pacheco, acompañandolos hacia la cultura de Self Service y digitalización, alineado con técnicas y buenas prácticas dentro de un esquema de organización y comunicación, y de acuerdo a las estrategias regionalmente definidas por Mondelēz International.

**Educación/ Titulaciones**:
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de la licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo, Administracion de Empresas o carreras afines.

**Requisitos específicos del puesto**:
+2 años de experiência en roles generalistas de Recursos Humanos.

Conocimiento en procesos de Change Management (deseable)

Participación en implementación de proyectos o sistemas (deseable)

Manejo de paquete office avanzado

Nível de inglés intermedio/avanzado

Manejo de Power BI (deseable)

**Horario laboral**:
Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs en Planta Pacheco
