About Us:
At Vital Virtuals, we are dedicated to providing top-tier virtual support services to dental practices across US. We specialize in enhancing the efficiency of dental offices by offering skilled virtual assistants who help manage patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update patient records in Dentrix or other Dental EMR/EHR, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including follow-ups and recall appointments.
Coordinate with the dental team to manage patient flow and ensure a smooth virtual check-in and check-out process.
Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed.
Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the dental practice.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the dental office.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of HANDS ON experience as a VIRTUAL dental assistant or in a similar role within a dental office.
Proficiency in using Dentrix/Eagle Soft/Open Dental medical records system is required.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices.
Strong customer service skills and a patient-centric approach.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to handling patient calls and tasks.
**Benefits**:
Hourly Compensation: $5/hr for first 3 mo and $6/hr after 3 mo of probation
HMO Benefits after 6 months of probation
