Sumamos Supervisor a nuestro equipo de Cocina
**Algunas de las tareas a realizar serán**: Supervisar el equipo, la elavoración y producción.
Mantener las compras, recepción y depósito de alimentos.
Diseñar del Menú.
Calcular el costo teórico y el peso de los alimentos.
Estimar la producción necesaria para el día y semanal.
Comunicar diariamente las necesidades de producción a las personas claves de la cocina.
Identificar las necesidades de entrenamiento.
Ejecutar y conocer los lineamientos en cuanto a higiene y limpieza, de los estándares de la compañía.
Diagramar los horarios del personal.
Colaborar, asistir y auxiliar a los cocineros.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 años en posición similar. Secundario completo. Estudios terciarios en Gastronomía. Registro de Manipulador de Alimento (CABA) vigente.
