**We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team**
**The Work You’ll Do**
You will be responsible for managing a team of technical consultants that have a project load of medium and high complexity projects with multiple complex subscriptions over multiple products and provide expertise as needed to the technical consulting team and offer feedback to leadership.
**More specifically, you will**:
- Act as an escalation point of contact during the implementation process for the client, managing the daily tasks of a technical consultant.
- Provide guidance for technical configuration tasks and become a process expert in the process.
- Complete process guides and process improvement tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Develop and manage relationships with business partners to bring positive change to the larger organization.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes, documents, tools, reports, etc. to benefit the new customer implementation process.
- Learn implementation processes and procedures, suggest improvements throughout.
- Assist in statement of work scoping activities.
- Act as a mentor to the technical team through team and 1:1 meeting.
- Demonstrate understating of multiple product offerings and the sales and use tax industry.
- Demonstrate ability to work with mínimal supervision while constantly coaching the team to maintain a high level of client utilization and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to leadership team.
- Identify training needs for the department and assist with training development.
- Mentor and train new hires to ensure successful integration into the role.
- Monitor and report on the overall progress of onboarding.
**What we need from you**
- 4 years’ experience in software/professional services company or electronic business to government compliance.
- **Fluent English skills required (written and verbal).**:
- Moderate travel required to Sovos locations/ events and client onsite.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects.
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
