¿Qué harás como ingeniero de servicio?

Como ingeniero de servicio de campo, desempeñarás un papel vital para brindar la mejor atención a nuestros clientes, asegurándote de que puedan producir con éxito y sin interrupciones. Trabajando en colaboración con nuestros administradores de cuentas y nuestro equipo de soporte técnico en la oficina, serás responsable de instalar y mantener la gama de equipos Videojet y de capacitar y asesorar a nuestros clientes.

Tareas principales:

- Instalar nuestros productos Videojet en los sitios de nuestros clientes y capacitarlos.
- Brindar atención continua a nuestros productos para nuestros clientes de Videojet en sus sitios y respaldar una base de clientes en constante crecimiento.
- Desarrollar continuamente excelentes relaciones con los clientes.
- Brindar a nuestros clientes el mejor servicio promocionando y apoyando nuestra cartera de contratos comerciales.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboracion con nuestros gerentes de cuenta para brindarles a nuestros clientes las mejores soluciones para satisfacer sus necesidades (configurar pruebas, respaldar proyectos, realizar estudios de sitio, etc.)
- Diagnosticar los problemas de los clientes antes de ir al sitio a traves de nuestros sistemas conectados a la nube.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito como ingeniero de servicio de campo en la región del Bajío?

Grado de Tecnico o Ingeniero Electrico o Mecánico, Mecatrónica, etc.

Más de 2 años de experiência profesional equivalente.

Inglés nível intermedio

Excelentes habilidades de colaboración y comunicación.

Capaz de trabajar en múltiples tareas con prioridades cambiantes.
