Strategy Expert, Innovation Leader

**Objetivo**:
Entenderás el comportamiento del consumidor dentro del ecosistema digital y de Social Media para las diferentes marcas para las que trabajamos colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de Inteligencia para el desarrollo de insights accionables y recomendaciones estratégicas que permitan cumplir con los brief de los clientes y alcanzar los KPI's definidos.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Inspirarás al equipo creativo y coordinar y asegurar que la labor del equipo de creativo se alinea a la estrategia de cliente. Desarrollarás los briefs que inspiren al equipo de creatividad y de intelligence.
- Liderarás el desarrollo de propuestas de New Business con un foco innovador, así como proponer nuevas soluciones a clientes actuales.
- Promoverás el conocimiento interno dentro de la práctica desarrollando sesiones de formación con los equipos.
- Tendrás que llegar a un entendimiento profundo de los valores e intereses de los consumidores de múltiples categorías de negocio que permita la generación de insights accionable.
- Guiarás a los equipos de Inteligencia en el desarrollo de propuestas de investigación.
- Liderarás la presentación de propuestas a cliente.
- Generarás estrategias de valor para clientes actuales, así como New Business.
- Generarás enfoques innovadores para resolver problemas.
- Colaborarás con el equipo de Consultoría para el desarrollo de frameworks estratégicos para los proyectos en desarrollo.
- Desarrollarás Papers de tendencias o innovación para ayudar a posicionar la marca Findasense en el mercado.
**Requirements**:
- 4 años de experiência como Planner Digital.
- Profesional en Publicidad y RRPP, Marketing, ADE o afines.
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
Aportarás conocimientos en:
- Segmentación de Consumidor.
- Digital Research.
- Storytelling.
- Conocimiento avanzado GWI.
- Customer Journey.
- Desarrollo de nuevos frameworks para aplicar a clientes y new business).
- Moderación de Consumer research (focus group, entrevistas en profundidad, técnicas de cocreación).
