**Acerca del proyecto**
We are seeking a Technical Architect who is passionate about people and csound technical architecture.
At the moment we have a growing software development team and an MVP in production, but we are in need of a Technical Architect who aligns well with our people-first culture, is able to join our team, analyze the current architecture, develop and implement proper technical plans for our longer term goals and champion the framework and all its components.
Along with that wall order, we'll need someone who can communicate well and interact effortlessly with the team to translate complicated requirements into working architecture and digestible bites for stakeholders and non-technical associates.
**Responsabilidades**
- Work directly with the business team to define architectural direction and technology needs of the company based on business goals.
- Ensure the infrastructure and architecture are in accordance with the company's design policy.
- Mentor developers: tech/train/demonstrate and include in architectural conversations where needed. Be part of the upskilling of existing and new dev hires.
- Drive code reviews (demonstrate the how and why in refactoring); maintain and improve coding standards.
- Assist in technical direction - remove impediments (demonstrating the hows and the whys).
- Provide technical assistance in the solution of technical problems as soon as they happen.
- Examine and shortlist suitable frameworks and best practice solutions for the Medl Platform.

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in **Software Engineering**, **Computer Scienc**e, or other related fields;
- Minimum **3 years experience **in **Software Architecture,** with the first hand experience developin and deploying **Microservices Architecture**.
- Sound understanding of **strategic IT solutions**.
- Outstanding **interpersonal skills **and **problem-solving** ability
Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:

- **Docker**:
- **Databases**: Mongo, Postgres, RDBMS/SQL

- Open and collaborative approach; using expertise, experience, and best practices, involve business entities in technical directives ensuring that they align with business objectives
