You will design and implement marketing plans that are both effective and impactful, so having a keen eye for creative communication is key.

- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to raise awareness and generate demand for Globant’s services.
- Collaborate with technology and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services by owning the development of value propositions, messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the content development strategy to align and leverage tailored content to showcase our services to our customers.
- Gather and analyze customer insight as well as market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report the performance of all campaigns and initiatives against a variety of KPIs.
