**Job overview and responsibilities**

Responsible for on boarding and ongoing contract administrative support of small to medium sized corporate customers. This position will manage administrative functions to support front line sellers throughout the contract life cycle. Responsible for the implementation of both new customer contracts as well as renewal agreements. Coordination of all contract activities with internal United functions in the execution of processes and oversight of customer to improve customer experience and drive incremental revenue growth. When required will communicate directly with customer to facilitate completion of contracting requirements.
- Administer the contract implementation life cycle including but not limited to inputs into sales systems and customer set-up
- Provide ongoing contract administrative support to entire Business Development and Account Management teams
- When appropriate will communicate directly with customers on behalf of assigned Account Manager
- Subject matter expert on sales product offerings and contracting process
- Key resource for all levels of United sales organization

**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Two years equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility or two years of airline sales or travel industry experience (supplier, consultant, Travel Management Company, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Time management skills / ability to prioritize in a demanding environment
- Ability to travel for meetings and trainings
- Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

**Preferred**
- Master's degree
- Two years of account management experience in airline industry or travel industry (supplier, consultant, Travel Management Company, etc.)
- Selling experience
- Basic knowledge of the airline / travel industry
- Understanding of value based selling principles
- Salesforce
- United Sales Tools: U4B Blueprint, Seismic, Customer360 and PowerBI
- Understanding of customer contracting cycles
- Understanding of business process
