**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Tendrá bajo su responsabilidad las acciones de Selección, Clima, Capacitación y Desarrollo.
- Sugerir e implementar nuevas estrategias de RRHH
- Soporte integral del ciclo de los empleados
- Atención a los empleados sobre temas de administración de RRHH. Dentro y fuera de convenio.
- Control y Registro de Liquidación de Novedades y Sueldos
- Presentar análisis de indicadores altas-bajas, rotación de personal, control de ausentismos, etc.
- Relaciones gremiales y resolución de conflictos.

**Perfil requerido**
- Mas de 4 años de experiência en posiciones similares
- Experiência en temas vinculados a relaciones gremiales y resolución de conflictos.
- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos o carreras afines (excluyente)
- Manejo de inglés intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
- Se valora el conocimiento en SAP
- Manejo avanzado del paquete office (Excel, Power Point)
