Tenaris University Trainee

LOCATION: Campana - Buenos Aires - Argentina

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de procesos de capacitación. Administración de cursos, certificaciones y programas de capacitación para profesionales y supervisores de planta con foco en gestión y entrenamiento técnico.
  • Administración de contratos, control de servicio y pago a proveedores.
  • Data Analytics. Registro y reporting de capacitación (manejo de Dashboards, KPIs y bases de datos).
  • Employee experience. Soporte al usuario/participante/instructor de las actividades, asegurando que todos tengan una buena experiencia. Avisar al Top Management sobre los cursos y dar seguimiento.

Carreras: Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en RRHH o Relaciones Laborales, Administración de Empresas. (No es excluyente)

Skills deseables: Inglés Avanzado, Excel Avanzado, Interés en Power BI.

Locación: idealmente debería ser para hacer 4 días en Campana y 1 día home (part time), pero es negociable. Al menos dos días Campana.
