Account Manager

Language Link, a Northwest‐based translation and interpretation company, seeks an amazing person to join our Account Services Group. The position will be working remotely until further notice. We are searching for a talented, highly motivated person. This position is eligible for overtime. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily calls to existing customers to develop relationships and generate new business
- Assist department with project quotes as needed
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotes
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- The right person will be **extremely organized**with a **detail-oriented** mind.
- **Critical thinking** skills are required as you will need to able to analyze several pieces of information and make rational and timely decisions.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** are needed. You will need the ability to clearly, completely and accurately relay information to clients and internal teams.
- **Ability to follow directions **is required.
- The position will require frequent interactions with clients and the right person will be **customer service oriented**. Experience in delivering client‐focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
- Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast‐paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience coordinating multi‐faceted, complex projects or programs
