- Design and optimize end to end user acquisition experience in our multiple channels platform
- Actively engage in shaping the whole team's product strategy, contributing to the vision, and developing project strategies that translate into actionable steps.
- Take charge of end-to-end, cross-platform experiences, influencing the product roadmap, defining project scopes, and managing timelines.
- Spot gaps and opportunities for better alignment with our expanding customer needs, with a focus on metrics and tangible business impact.
- Thrive in tackling intricate, uncertain problem domains, closely collaborating with cross-functional partners to comprehend opportunities and chart a course forward.
- Collaborate on the construction of the design system and updating components, seeking enhancements in workflows and interfaces.
- Serve as the user and UX team advocate during product ceremonies with engineering, ensuring the feasibility of design proposals.
- Oversee the proper implementation of designs, pinpointing areas for functional and visual enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience, product design or interaction designer role.
- English (Advanced).
- Ability to translate customers insights into immersive experiences driving metrics and business needs.
- Demonstrated excellence in interactive design, information architecture, and translating research into design decisions
- A portfolio of work proving your visual design ability with platform guidelines for responsive web design
- Able to manage your own time on single or multiple projects, whether working independently or collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma/Sketch and Adobe products and prototyping tools
- Experienced in Agile, lean, or other iterative product development approaches (design sprints, scrum, kanban)
- Confident in presenting work and articulating user experience issues and concerns to team members and stakeholders
- A genuine interest in building a diverse community of people and practices
- A compassionate mindset of ethical, inclusive human-centered design
- A commitment to designing for accessibility
