What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Product Designer with experience in designing digital products and web apps with responsive adaptation. Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) is essential for designing an MVP in the early stage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand and redesign product flows to improve the user experience with innovative and intuitive proposals.
- Working closely with the product owner, the product team, and clients to understand their needs.
- Simplifying complex design problems and finding opportunities to offer more value to our clients.
- Design the graphical user interface and visual material, creating the "Foundations" for the product.
- Create prototypes in Figma to present flows to the client.
- Hand off to development.
- Utilizing their UX and UI skills to communicate their design vision in the form of high-fidelity compositions, wireframes, and prototypes and/or user flows as needed.
- Analyzing and improving existing features based on research, data, and business goals.
- Introducing well-thought-out design patterns and helping to make the design system more robust by documenting reusable design patterns/assets
- Testing solutions with clients, iterating rapidly towards the designs we can and should build.
**Requirements**:
- +3 years of experience
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in usability and visual design for digital environment (Web responsive)
- Strong understanding of the UX Design Process, including UX Principles, Product Discovery, Research & Analysis, User Interviews & Testing, Flow Creation & Documentation, Ideation, Wireframing & Prototyping, and a user-centric design approach focused on identifying and solving user needs through usability metrics.
- Tools & Software:
- UX/UI Tools: Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Marvel (prototyping)
- Research Tools: Miro (Not exclusive)
- Organizational and Planning Tools: Jira, Slack, Zendesk
