Our mission is to create a new model that enables manufacturers to bypass the legacy luxury supply chain and deliver luxury goods with equivalent or better quality directly to consumers. **Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design_
- Design highly compelling advertising materials for various platforms, including digital and print.
- Ensure that all designs align with Italic's branding guidelines, and enhance brand recognition and consistency.
- Collaboration and Concept Ideation_
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to conceptualize and execute ad campaigns.
- Present and defend design decisions and milestones to peers and executive level stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail or eCommerce industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of advertising trends, consumer psychology, and digital marketing principles.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Soft Skills_
- Exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in three-way collaboration between teams.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

- Must have a highly creative mindset, with an openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Must demonstrate resilience, with an ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
