**The position**:
The incumbent will be in charge of ensure that the regional and local recruiting process are correctly embedded in project's/innitiatives and deliverable(s) of each recruiting segment. Expert in data management and reporting, to be translated in efficient and strategic actions within recruiting team.
***Tasks and responsabilities**:
- Support Talent Segment leads in process decisions/ modifications taking care of local needs from each ROPU/OPU.
- Be the focal point of contact to analyze and mantain a standarized recruiting process, monitoring desviations and localizations to guarantee a balanced solution.
- Monitor data input and processing step to translate team efforts in efficient presentations/ dashboards that could be used by Segment leads to build a talent strategy.
- Ensure that data management and repoting are aligned with strategic actions of the recruiting team. Ensure that the regional and recruiting processes are correctly embedded in projects/initiatives and deliverables of each recruiting segments.
***Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 of HR or recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate or RPO setting.
- Business fluency in English and a second local language
- Ability to work globally across business units /geographies
- Strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
- Cultural sensitivity
- Data analytics skills to quantify and analye talent trends and people requirements
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, develop and discuss potential solutions and recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience leading teams of recruiting employees with a demonstrated knowledge of successful end - to - end recruitment solutions.
- Power BI. Advanced English.
