**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a Vice President level banker to join a high performing team in a fast growing organization, based in Argentina, to cover Argentina and other countries (Uruguay, Paraguay)
- Act as client’s most trusted advisor
- Drive new business development and relationship management for our clients
- Develop forward looking business plans for clients and maintain existing business relationships
- Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's broad array of banking products across debt capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services and asset management: Conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
- Assist with building and developing coverage of the Global Corporate Bank’s selected clients, working and coordinating with the line of business partners including Debt Capital Markets, Sales & Marketing, Payments, Investor Services, Asset Management and Investment Bank Client Executives where such coverage exists
- In-scope products include: Traditional Credit Products, Derivatives, Payments (Trade Finance and Treasury Services), Debt Capital Markets, Investor Services, Asset Management, FX, Commodities, as well as certain flow/structured potential transactions.
- Drive account-planning processes for the Global Corporate Bank selected clients (existent and prospects). Particularly focusing on the use of credit capital and balancing the firm wide priorities
- Analyze client wallet, competitive positioning and overall marketing strategy
- Conduct regular comprehensive client analysis & cross-functional reviews with peers to identify business needs and the maintenance of existing business relationships
- Role will require travel to meet clients
- Manage the Centralized Research Group for Corporate Banking Latam (group of 3 analysts) based in Buenos Aires, that provides support to the rest of the Corporate Bank in Latam

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Outstanding academic record with prior corporate banking/ investment banking experience
- Experienced in the coverage of corporate baking clients and managing client relationships
- Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships and networks, win new business and close transactions.
- Credit Knowledge
- Ability to build internal networks and manage cross-cultural environments with teams around the world
- In depth knowledge of corporate banking products
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills and consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
- Fluency in English
