Hourly Rate : Up to $7 - 9.5 per hour

Job Title: Construction Estimator

Expected Work Schedule: Semi flexible with availability until mid-afternoon CST.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
2. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
3. Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
4. Compile cost data from suppliers to determine a reasonable estimate of material costs.

Experience and Qualifications:
1. Planswift software proficiency (preferred)
2. Construction estimating experience of at least 2 years
3. Fluent in English (C1/Advanced)
4. Experience on Projects Located in USA (preferred)
5. Finishing trade estimating experience

5. Availability for a semi-flexible work schedule

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,600.00 per hour
