ChampionX has an immediate need for a Treasury Analyst for our Colombia operations located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this position, you will manage and analyze the financial activities of our business, interpret financial data, prepare treasury reports and analytical documents, manage the cash flow of payments, cross checking every transaction for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation.

What You Will Do:

- Overseeing day-to-day financial activities. Supervises incoming and outgoing payments and financial transactions for accuracy.
- Obtains bank movements and prepares daily banking position.
- Reviews and records daily collection, coordinating the preparation of cash receipts.
- Prepares documents for payment to national and foreign suppliers, taxes
- Responsible for e-payment processing. Manages payment of taxes, payroll, policies, advances.
- Documents transactions and updates ledgers and the financials database.
- Responsible for DIAN and Banco de la Republica processes
- Analyzes and interprets financial data.
- Prepares and presents regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.
- Implements financial policies and procedures and maintains and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintains financial management systems.
- Ensures that the organization complies with all financial and legal regulations.
- Assists with various Finance projects as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of related work experience, treasury experience preferred
- Experience with banking and e-commerce software and websites
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other large-scale ERPs
- Result oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to liaison well across departments and functions
