Dirigir el ciclo mensual de S&OP, integración con todas las partes interesadas, preparación de la base de datos para la toma de decisiones (tradeoffs).
- Análisis de las previsiones de ventas - recibir y consolidar, convertir la definición del plan no restringido en equilibrado - proceso de planificación de la demanda.
- Trabajar con el liderazgo regional de S&OP y Finanzas para la definición de los objetivos de inventario. Capacidad para reaccionar rápidamente, comunicar y tomar las medidas adecuadas para solucionar las desviaciones.
- Responsable del proceso MRP.
- Desarrollar, mejorar y mantener los KPI relacionados con el nível de servicio, el inventario y la precisión de las previsiones.Previsión, planificación de la demanda y del suministro, alineado com los objetivos de la compania.
- Coordinar la planificación de ventas y operaciones relacionando los correspondientes departamentos tanto comerciales como logísticos y administrativos assegurando que todos estén alineados.
- Liderar las reuniones de S&OP
- Promover y prover la mejora constante en el servicio al cliente de acuerdo a standar corporativo.
- Analizar con cada departamento las necessidades y determinar los stocks mínimos de seguridad.
- Mantener stock de seguridad optimos localmente.
- Generar información y comunicación entre los sectores de Ventas y logística para toma de decisiones
- Mantener siempre informado a ventas sobre el status de sus pedidos, seguimiento en las entregas de pedidos segun planificacion, diária, semanal y mensual.
- Administrar demandas.
- Garantizar la constante interaccion con el Depto. Logístico para prevenir desvios o deficiencias.
- Analisis de pedidos y demanda para generar las ordenes de compra con las características y necesidades de cada departamento y família de produtos. 'Que comprar', 'Cuanto' y ' Para Cuando', para ello controla, valida y/o modifica el MRP, por linea em general y por Grupos Tecnológicos en el caso Automotriz.
- Detectar errores en la carga de datos en el sistema, ej: parametrización de ítems, carga de BOMs, doble cotización, POs mal generadas, etc.a fin de garantizar que el sistema funcione correctamente.
- Mantener una base de información recopilada de cada item. Cargar esa informacion al sitema BPCS. Ej remplazos de ítems, cancelaciones de ítems, etc. Lo mismo se llevará a travez de la utilización del campo referencia de BPCS.
- Debera generar mensualmente el Forecast de ventas em coordinacion con los comerciales para cada mercado debiendo para ello analizar información y datos de ventas de cada linea o grupos tecnollogicos. Luego lo consensuara con ventas para la aprobación final.
- Controlar, seguir y auditar los pedidos de clientes que son ingresados en el sistema.
- Seguimiento y control de la actualizaacion en el sistema de todos los precios de items vigentes a cargo de cada área comercial.
- Contribuir a pedido de los departamentos comerciales e la obtencion de información, sobre las importaciones del mercado Argentino utilizando la plataforma de Mercosur on line o cualquier otra disponíble segun se acuerde.
- Liderar reuniones de SOP con todos los sectores de Gates Argentina.
- Adecuar mensualmente los stock de seguridad de los diferentes mercados tanto Automotrices como industriales.
- Brindar a ventas la información del status de todos sus pedidos. Informa fechas de ingreso, reprogramaciones y demas información recibida de planta.
- Seguir y controlar a ventas por entregas de mercaderia disponible ante la existencia de pedidos para que se cumplan.
- Generar informacion y previsibilidad de entregas trimestrales por cliente para facilitar la fluidez del abastecimento y potenciar las posibilidades de ventas adicionales
- Aprobar los requerimientos de pedidos de ventas especiales.
- Generar los indicadores de servicio al cliente.
- Generar y consensuar con logística los indicadores de dias de cumplimiento de planta actualizando delivery times en el sistema para ser tenido em cuenta por los comerciales y clientes.
- Ser agente de cambio positivo y continuo en mejoras en los sitemas de Gates y procedimientos. Para ello trabajara con sistemas y con las distintas areas. Entrenará al personal de Gates en los cambios generados.
- Adaptar los sistemas de compras a los nuevos escenarios que presenta el mercado.
- Responsable por evitar o mantener níveles aceptables de stock en obsolescência, libre y baja rotacion segun metas fijadas
- Responsable por la precision de la previsiones.
