**Trade Marketing Manager Offline & Online (M/F)**

in our
**L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division**

**Based in Sofia**

**YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF**:

- **
Develop and implement **the Trade Marketing and Category strategy offline and online on the local markets to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
- ** Implement the marketing strategy offline and online** into impactful retailer projects, respecting and tracking budget and sell out goals
- ** Implement, monitor and improve** processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
- ** Create the needed tools **for the field teams and pharmacies
- Work on the **category creation and brand expression** in the category and on the shelves
- ** Regular weekly field visits **to track implementation of trade marketing and category strategy offline and online
- Trade Marketing **offline and online lead** on specific brand at HUB level

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Preferably holds a **Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree**:

- Excellent **analytical and organizational** skills
- Has high **orientation to details**, able to work with the short deadlines
- ** Management skills **and **ability to work well under pressure**:

- Works with **responsibility and autonomy**:

- ** Knowledge **of Digital Marketing channels
- ** Active and advance** use of MS office
- ** Fluent in English language**
