Estamos buscando un Solution Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo. Serás responsable de ayudar al equipo de soporte técnico a entender las necesidades de nuestros clientes, diseñar soluciones personalizadas y demostrar cómo nuestros productos y servicios pueden abordar sus desafíos específicos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

- Demostrar un profundo entendimiento de nuestros productos y crear soluciones personalizadas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo ventas, desarrollo y soporte, para asegurar alineación entre las soluciones propuestas.
- Fomentar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes brindando soporte post-venta, abordando consultas técnicas y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Identificar y resolver desafíos técnicos u obstáculos que puedan surgir durante el proceso post-venta.
- Crear documentación técnica, incluyendo especificaciones y casos de uso.
- Analizar requisitos comerciales y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas.

Sobre vos:

- +4 años de experiência en puestos similares.
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiência en diseño e implementación de soluciones de IT.
- Conocimiento de redes, seguridad y componentes de infraestructura.
- Experiência en plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure).
