**Contact Centers**
Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks and more.
**Job overview and responsibilities**
- Monitors that calls are answered in the time established, optimizing productivity of resourses
- Staffing, vacation and holiday planning
- Training calendar
- Real time monitoring
- Analize overall office staffing and call arrival trends, ensure staffing changes are carried out in a timely manner and communicate staffing changes locally and to central OPS
- Monitor Local systems ACD, Computers,Cisco ICM, phone curcuits to identify issues before they impact the operation
- Capture and provide field intelligence by resolving issues as they arrise and if unable to resolve escalate to leader and follow up to drive results
- Cooprdinate activities in the OPS control area including Headsets, messages workforce management entries, accurate reportsof off ohone activities and payroll hours
- Manage results: Provides insight and knowledge of performance and looks for ways to proactively drive enhanced results
- Working together: Builds employee engagement by providing first contact resolution for employee issues and ideas with dignity and Respect
- Contact Center Business Drivers: Fully grasp the importance and consequences of divisions key performance measures
**This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.**
**Required**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multi task and adap to continouosly changing priorities
- Strong analytical and communication skills required
- Working knowledge of contact center or equivalent operations job experience
- Understanding contact center metrics
- Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance to UA policies
- Attendance is required at location
- Must be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Flexible working hours
