- _ Establecer un sólido vínculo con los distintos actores del sistema de salud y del Canal Comercial, que garantice una relación, a largo plazo y basada en la confianza, para ser considerados socios estratégicos._
- _ Dar seguimiento de las tendencias del mercado a nível regional y local, identificación de riesgos y oportunidades de futuro y proponer los planes de acción específicos en cada caso._
- _ Desarrollar un mapeo y una segmentación detallada de cada cuenta clave, que permita lograr un acceso más preciso de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada uno._
- _ Establecer contactos con el Canal de Distribución, Instituciones gubernamentales, pagadores y líderes de opinión a fin de diseñar propuestas acordes a sus necesidades, siempre con los níveles más altos de ética y transparencia._
- _ Desarrollar, implementar y dar seguimiento a planes de acción para los diferentes actores del sistema de salud asignados en linea con los planes de acceso._
- _ Implementar de manera oportuna, eficaz y apropiada la estrategia de precios; buscando la implementación de acuerdos comerciales innovadores._
- _ Asegurar comunicar efectivamente las propuestas de valor de cada actor clave del sistema de salud asignado entendiendo profundamente sus necesidades. _
- _Será responsable de liderar el equipo de acceso y comercial managers. _
- _Planificar y coordinar el plan de trabajo de los access & commercial managers._
- _ Trabajar coordinadamente con los Access Strategy Manager/Pricing Manager y Access y commercial manager en las Actividades pre lanzamiento de los nuevos productos._
- _ Llevar el control del presupuesto de acceso & commercial y su alocación de manera estratégica y eficaz en las actividades
- iniciativas llevadas a cabo por el área._
- _ Alinear y colaborar interdisciplinariamente con los equipos de ventas, comercial y Médicos asegurando consistencia en los mensajes en cada zona asignada y con cada actor de la cadena de valor (Distribuidores, Financiadores, Entes Gubernamentales). Ser responsable de cuentas claves._
- _ Desarrollar el plan de trabajo para los access & commercial Managers_
- _ Trabajo en equipo, en constante interacción y alineado con la fuerza de ventas para maximizar las oportunidades de ventas y lograr un crecimiento del market shares de nuestras indicaciones prioritarias. Desarrollar herramientas que permitan mejorar la sinergia con la fuerza de venta y el equipo médico._
- _ Generar un alto nível de “engagement” con los clientes ante las propuestas de valor generadas por BMS. Derribar barreras para su correcta implementación._
- _ Interactuar con diferentes áreas de la compañía, líderes de la organización y clientes externos: Financiadores, droguerías, Líderes de Opinión, Sociedades Científicas, Cámaras de la Industria (CAEME), etc._
- _ Apoyar la implementación y seguimiento de todos los proyectos llevados adelante en el área de Market Access Argentina (Eventos, HCPs, Dossiers, Programa Pacientes, acuerdo comerciales, entre otros)._
- _ Dar seguimiento a los Tableros de control de Inversión, Status de Acceso y Precios._
- _ Desarrollar estrategias de acceso para los clientes claves en coordinación con los Access & commercial Managers y la unidad de negocio. _
- _Coordinar reuniones con clientes claves y Recolectar insights_
- _ Liderar y organizar el comité comercial._
**_ Requisitos excluyentes_**
- _ Al menos 5 años de experiência como KAM o posiciones similares dentro de la industria farmacéutica. Preferentemente con experiência manejando equipos. _
- _Tener conocimiento de la dinámica del mercado farmacéutico, marco regulatorio y del sistema de salud._
- _ Experiência trabajando con productos de alto costo. Preferentemente Oncología, Dermatología y/o Hematología._
- _ Construir y mantener relaciones profesionales con los distintos clientes._
- _ Conocimiento avanzado en Negociación._
- _ Conocimientos del negocio farmacéutico y de los sistemas de salud. _
- _Experiência trabajando con equipos multifuncionales._
- _ Experiência en Gestión estratégica (Detección de oportunidades, desarrollo de planes, desempeño de tácticas, seguimiento de KPI)._
- _ Dominio de bases de datos y herramientas informáticas_
- _ Idioma Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado (Escrito y Oral)_
- _ Idioma Español Fluido (Escrito y Oral)_
