**Responsibilities**

Here at Syneos Health we are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Intern for the Commercial division of the company. The position is to be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The primary responsibility is to support Commercial Quality administrative tasks, document review and proofreading, and performing basic research and information-gathering projects.

The position will report directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance Commercial Solutions with additional mentorship from personnel within the Corporate Quality Commercial group.

This position is responsible for the following tasks in Commercial Quality. Similar ad-hoc responsibilities may also be assigned as operations and projects evolve within Commercial Quality.
- Support on researching and compiling specified information regarding the company’s Commercial division.
- Assist with creating meeting agendas, developing eye-catching and engaging PowerPoint presentations, and recording meeting minutes/notes.
- Support tracking the action items assigned to the meeting attendees.
- Assist with organizing the files, documents, and reports the company has compiled in preparation for upcoming client audits of Syneos Health and maintain a spreadsheet to track these items.
- Support reviewing the compiled documentation for possible errors that may require corrections.
- Basic formatting of the compiled documentation, such as adding a document title and page numbering, and converting the document from a Word or Excel file to a PDF file.
- Support on administrative review of drafted company procedures and policy documents to ensure proper spelling, grammar, and formatting according to the required document template.
- Participates in process improvement projects to provide support.

**Job Requirements**
- Initial/Intermediate student of Life Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Management of Small and Medium Enterprises, or Information and Documentation. Other areas of study may be considered if the degree competencies align with the key responsibilities of the internship position.
- Prior experience is not mandatory although a minimum of 1 year of past administrative work will be a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, mainly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced in English language, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in proofreading spelling and grammar
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Accountability and seriousness to perform/willingness to learn
