**Customer Operations Assistant Climate CS**

**Main Purpose**

Monitor customer operations within the Order to Cash process for Climate business ConoSur and collaborate with marketing and commercial teams in order to execute marketing and sales campaigns through the digital channels available.

**Your mission will be to**:

- Collaborates & Grant the execution of marketing and sales campaign from an order to cash perspective._
- Optimize customer experience and effort during their buying journey with Bayer_
- Handle imports of hardware as well as inventory management_

**Unlock your potential**
- Advanced student or graduate from Business Administration careers.
- Good communication skills to facilitate dealings with customers, distributors and in-house departments.
- Good analytical skills in order to understand customer´s business models in order to constantly collaborate in improving processes.
- Ability to use software systems such as SAP or Salesforce. Knowledge of tools and digital mindset. Result oriented profile.
- Accountable and responsible
- Basic/Intermediate English language skills, both spoken and written
- Good teamwork skills. Proactive
