Du bist technischer Sales Manager mit starkem technischem Verständnis und einem bestehenden Netzwerk in der Automobilbranche, das gezielt zurPositionierung und Vermarktung unserer Produkte beitragen kann.

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb in der Automobilbranche.
- Mix aus Technischem Sales und BU Manager mit Hands-on Mentalität.
- Bestehendes Netzwerk zu OEMs und Tier-1-Zulieferern.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse (mind. 5 Jahre) in Fahrzeugarchitekturen, Diagnosesystemen & Testautomatisierung.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
- Reisebereitschaft (20-40%) für Kundentermine & internationale Projekte.
- Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und technisches Verständnis gepaart mit positivem Auftreten und Verhandlungsstärke.

Deine Zuständigkeit bei ZD

- Markterschließung & Neukundenakquise

  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit OEMs (z. B. Mercedes, BMW, VW, Stellantis) und Tier-1-Zulieferern.
  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Platzierung unserer Solutions am Markt.
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen zur Netzwerkpflege.
  • Aufbau langfristiger, internationaler Partnerschaften mit OEMs & Tier-1-Zulieferern.
- Technische Expertise
  • Expertenwissen über Fahrzeugkommunikationssysteme, EE-Architekturen, Embedded Devices sowie Validierungsmethoden.
  • Präsentation und Vermarktung unserer Datenerfassungs- und Automotive Ethernet Produkten.
  • Technische Beratung zu Fahrzeugkommunikationssysteme und Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren F&E- und Projektteams, um kundenspezifische Anforderungen umzusetzen.
- Strategische Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Marktanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von internationalen Vertriebsstrategien.
  • Steuerung des gesamten Sales-Prozesses – von der Akquise bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
