Scope of Work:

This is a new opportunity for an experienced General Superintendent with a background in civil construction who is confident in leading a strong team in the delivery of our new Jimblebar Project.

The project includes bulk earthworks, road construction and drainage services, along with the development of non-processing infrastructure (NPI) such as buildings and fuel tanks. Structural mechanical and piping (SMP) works will cover the installation of pumps, tanks and both in-ground and above-ground pipework. Additionally, the project encompasses high-voltage transmission power.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following as a minimum:

1. Extensive experience in a Superintendent role, particularly on large-scale civil projects involving bulk earthworks and site preparation.
2. Demonstrated background in a similar leadership role within the civil industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with a focus on effective team management and development.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to drive project success and maintain smooth operations.
5. Ability to manage multiple teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
6. Expertise in coordinating and overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
