Importante empresa multinacional vinculada a rubro energético y petrolero, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Customer Service cuyo objetivo principal será realizar el proceso comercial y seguimiento de las necesidades del cliente, desde el ingreso del requisito de venta hasta la entrega, asegurando un nivel de servicio eficiente.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Recepcionar y hacer seguimiento de las cotizaciones/necesidades de los clientes.
  • Valorizar los pedidos según los nomencladores establecidos en el sistema.
  • Emitir las cotizaciones a partir de materiales codificados en sistema, solicitud de precio a proveedores predeterminados y/ó fabricación de piezas.
  • Analizar alternativas de precio/plazo de entrega.
  • Coordinar fechas de entrega con Operaciones en función de las capacidades operativas de la planta y depósito.
  • Validar las cotizaciones con la Gerencia de Ventas a fin de definir el precio final acorde al plan de ventas establecido.
  • Emisión de pedidos una vez recibida la Orden de Compra y realizar seguimiento atendiendo posibles consultas y reclamos por parte de los clientes.
  • Realizar seguimiento de los pedidos a fin de controlar y analizar los tiempos de respuesta a los clientes.
  • Periódicamente tomar contacto con los portales de compra de los distintos clientes a fin de verificar solicitudes nuevas y gestionar los presupuestos ya definidos.
  • Realizar seguimiento y evolución de los presupuestos.
  • Seguimiento y activación de cotizaciones enviadas que no han sido definidas por el cliente.
  • Emitir la factura final hacia el cliente una vez entregado/finalizado el producto/servicio a partir de la conformidad del cliente. (remito firmado y/o certificación).
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y políticas referidas a Seguridad Salud y Medio ambiente, tanto propias como de terceros.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia previa en misma posición.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado, herramientas Microsoft, Perfil técnico, SAP.
  • Relaciones interpersonales, capacidad analítica, orientación al servicio y el cliente interno y externo.
