Paid Media Specialist – Argentina & Uruguay Only

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with a strong background in designing and executing high-performance acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and experience in targeting top-tier real estate agents within active markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Paid Media Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across search, social media, display, and other platforms to attract high-performing real estate agents.
- Data-Driven Targeting: Leverage market research, audience segmentation, and industry insights to refine campaign strategies and maximize engagement.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates, CTR, etc.), conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize impact and campaign efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, creative teams, and external vendors to craft compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Performance Reporting: Generate clear, insightful reports on campaign results, highlighting successes and opportunities for further optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in paid media or acquisition marketing, preferably in B2B or high-value customer acquisition.
- Expertise in Paid Search & Social Media: Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, extract insights, and optimize strategies based on performance trends.
- Experience with Bid Strategies & Audience Targeting: Deep understanding of audience segmentation and campaign performance optimization.
- Bonus: Knowledge of the real estate industry and agent motivations is a plus.
- Residency in Argentina or Uruguay (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
